Trainings and Workshops
The foundation of every successful development program. We design high-impact, engaging, and practical sessions that enable participants to build essential skills and leadership capabilities. When needed, we can collaborate with external partners to enhance our offerings.
Personal Development
Growth begins from within. We focus on effectiveness and skills development, as well as personal growth through psychometric assessments, coaching, and mentoring. Our aim is to help participants cultivate the right attitudes, behaviors, and habits for long-term success.
Internal Projects
Co-creation fosters cooperation and enhances overall communication within the company.
We assist in designing cross-functional internal projects for participants, providing the necessary structure and support to achieve successful outcomes.

When required, we can take over complete management and tracking of the program on your behalf. This includes monitoring progress, organizing online and offline events, and conducting evaluations.
Additionally, we conduct needs assessments before each workshop with participants and their managers, if necessary, and adapt accordingly.

Every learner has a preferred way of learning.

Management Development Program

Level: First Time Managers
Number of participants: 15-20
Length: 6 months
Focus: Basics of Management and Leadership
Content: Foundations of Management, Team Management, Communication, Decision making, Cross-functional Communication, Performance Management, Business Acumen etc.
Talent Box: Tools to support Personal Effectiveness, Mentorship and Coaching, Books, Materials, Vouchers.
Brief: A Program aimed at new managers, with little or no experience in leading teams or processes. Main idea is to ease their way into management, connect them as a group or rather a new generation of managers, give them knowledge and tools to accelerate their growth. Our Talent Box serves as a center of their development, during and after the program.
Talent Development Program

Level: Talent Pool
Number of participants: 12-15
Length: 12 months
Focus: Future orientation, Leadership
Content: Management and Leadership skills, Advanced Communication, Creative Thinking and Innovation, Business Acumen, Financial Literacy, Strategy etc.
Talent Box: Personal Development tools, Project Ideation and Management, Brainstorming, Creativity and Coaching helpers, Workshop kit etc.
Brief: Main aim of this Program is to fast-track high potentials into key roles and projects within the company. Throughout the program we test them and empower them to lead, make smart decisions, understand the busines in-depth and experiment. We teach them how to do tough negotiations, how to influence things out of their control, and overall, how to act as talents. Talent Box helps them on this journey by providing all the right tools at the right time.

Erste Bank, a leading organization in finance industry in Serbia, partnered with us to create a comprehensive management development program called Erste Le4ders — with Talent Box at its core.
